How Much Do Family Law Services Really Cost, and How Do I Get Started?

But lawyers are so expensive, and charge by the second.  Have you ever heard this sentiment?  We sure have, and we don’t subscribe to this policy at Krasner Law, PLLC.

The moment a potential client expresses interest in learning more about how we can help, we immediately schedule a free consultation, to better learn about the client, their unique circumstance, and what has happened thus far.  We then ask follow-up questions to ensure that we truly understand, and then provide a strategic step-by-step plan about how we can help each potential client reach their family law goals.

We then prepare and send a retainer agreement virtually, with the potential client still on the phone, so we can review any questions that the potential client might have regarding the retainer.  We offer flexible payment options, including payment plans.

As soon as a potential client has signed a retainer agreement, we schedule an intake call within 48 business hours.  Next, we schedule an evidentiary call to go through the pertinent facts that we will need to proceed, and discuss the documents we will need to best support the client’s case.

We pride ourselves on working hand-in-hand with our clients, and our clients are sent every document we draft before we send or file anything, so we can get their input.  We firmly believe that our clients are the ones who know the facts of their case best, and think that it is crucial to allow our clients to give their thoughts to make our drafting stronger on their behalf.  We also always have our next meeting scheduled, so there is never any worry about when the next check-in or what the next steps will be.
